You genuinely have to question how certain players, and I'm thinking Messi and Ronaldo, managed to play at the most elite level for 15 years without ever having a serious injury. And they both played the full game a huge percentage of the time. I'm aware that they are so good that it's not easy to get close enough to them, but both played roughly 60 games a season. And i can't remember either being out for a lengthy period of time with even small injuries.
