In full: USADA statement on the imminent release of Lance Armstrong doping evidence

The United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) has released a statement this afternoon saying it will imminently publish evidence that seven-times Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong's team ran "the most sophisticated, professionalised and successful doping programme the sport has ever seen."
USADA says that details will be published on its website later today (Wed) although the weight of demand on the site (linked here) is currently so heavy that the site keeps experiencing periods of downtime, so the statement cannot be seen by some users.
