Premier League melting pot: Arsenal favour French and English players amid 13 nationalities used this season

Today, sportingintelligence looks at some individual club case studies, including Arsenal here; they have used 19 different players from 11 different nations as starters in League games so far this season. The most common nationality of Arsenal starting players so far has been French (six, five of them full internationals), followed by English (three, all full internationals, with a fourth Englishman, Jay Emmanuel-Thomas, being used as a sub). .
