I don't know why the fans would want this. You can virtually guarantee it would not be any cheaper than they are paying Sky etc. currently, and once they have their own monopoly, they will be able to increase the price every year to whatever level they want and fans will have no option but to pay it. I suppose technically there will still be the pirate services around though, they won't go away.

I havent heard that iFollow service was that popular among fans, maybe because of its complexicity.

Nonetheless, most of the broadcaster lose money on Premier League rights. Therefore, PremFlix would bring less money then the broadcaster deals do, like in France and other countries.

EPL is more like a flagship marketing tool for broadcasters around the world, that inflates its worth.

And in the UK a single match costs a million pound for the broadcasters. Can EPL get more than a million pound per match directly from consumers?
