Andy Murray muses on Everton, Liverpool and Blackpool rather than basking in Masters thrashing of Federer

Andy Murray rubber-stamped his return to form with a straight-sets thrashing of Roger Federer in the final of the Shanghai Masters today - not that you'd know it from his Twitter feed.
There was no mention at all of the sixth Masters title of his career, or that fact that he romped past the G.O.A.T, 6-3, 6-2, in just 85 minutes, for an eighth win against Federer in 13 meetings.
Rather his first post-victory tweet was an observation on the Merseyside derby, making a reference to his fantasy football team (he's a keen player), and wishing Liverpool the best under their new owners. It said: "Arteta goal helped my fantasy got injured though, hope liverpools new owners help get them back where they belong."
And then staying on the Premier League theme, he moved onto the other match of today, Blackpool's hosting of Manchester City. He tweeted: "Blackpool are so good to watch! Loving what ian holloway has done."
Murray, for the record, is a Hibs fan; they won yesterday 2-1 against Kilmarnock.
That was the first good result of a positive weekend for the 23-year-old Scottish world No4. He has now beaten Federer in successive Masters finals - he also won in Toronto in August.
A match report from China plus quotes can be found at the ATP website here. "I enjoy playing him," said Murray. "I don't find it easy at all. It's incredibly difficult every time. But I love the challenge of playing against him. I don't fear playing him. Every time I go on, I know I need to play great tennis to win against him. I don't know if my game matches up well against his or not. But I've played some of my best tennis against Roger."
